Cheers He he well I've just got a set of 5 virtually unused (still full tread) TRX tyres for the metric wheels that are original fitting on my 1983 turbo c900! They cost about A$450 each to buy retail from the one Oz dealer importing them, or about the same to import direct from Vintage Tyres in the UK. I got them for 1/4 of the total price of 5 through a place in QLD. Couldn't turn that offer down. 8-) 6" wide wheels need careful tyre choice because being wider they'll hit wheel arches, etc. I have a set of 'speedy' aftermarket 3-spoker wheels on the 1985 900i which has 205/60 Yokohama's. Took them off the turbo car because it didn't look right, and they'd done some significant rubber inside the arches which had removed protective coating and allowed rust to get at the metal.
