Back window on my 1992 SAAB 900 Turbo Convertible is half way down, and won't go back up. I don't see a "light dim" or any noise when I push the button to for the window to go up. But the window does go down. Is it the switch? Can they be cleaned? Any ideas? It's getting cold in New England. Thanks in advance.
