hi everyone, I'm investigating what's out there in the way of 8V turbo cylinder heads which are off known-good engines and do not have the excessively-bad coolant passage corrosion evident in the existing head removed from the engine my 83 8V turbo 900, or failing that, possibly a new or remanufactured head. Does anyone know if there's any of those cylinder heads available anywhere (preferably in Australia)? Remember that it's for a 1983 8V non-APC turbo car, so I'm not sure if could use a head intended for a non-turbo engine. There's the option of dismantling the engine in the 1985 900i but that's a good running unit (which I've been considering adding the turbo to) but would rather see if the 83's engine can be resurected first of all.
