Subject: illumination of main lights switch/rear fog lights panel

I recently managed to fix the trunk light in my 2003 9-5 thanks to valuable instructions from dawsonsk, and now is time for another problem: There is a small panel to the left of the turn signal knob with the main lights and rear fog light switches. I think an illumination bulb behind the lower part of the panel has packed out, for only the upper part is illuminated. Hence, the question: How can I remove the panel to replace the bulb illuminating the dimmer and the rear fog light? Thanks and regards TW
