Subject: Saab 95 Electric Junction Box under Driver's Seat

I have a 1999 Saab 95 4 Cylinder with 105,000 miles. Last week the auto lock and unlock entry key stopped working, the ding ding ding bell is on when I turn the car off and open the door, the radio does not shut itself off when I turn the car off and take out the key. The dealership said they traced the problem to the "Twice" module which is, under the driver seat. It is a box with a bunch of wires connected to it. They said it cost $900 for the part. I tried to find a "Twice" module on Saab parts sellers on the internet but there is no such thing listed for sale. No part called a Twice module. Does anyone have experience with this type of electronic issue or know what the part is called that is under the driver seat. So far I can live with the problem but the deal said it could get worse, where more electronics are effected, like the power windows for example. Thanks,
