But in any case you are likely to be in more trouble if you start messing with it. Apply plenty of WD-40 to the connection and let it soak for a few days before atempting to loosen any connector on the hose, engine side or the cooler side. Even with the oil penetrant, you will very likely destroy the metal tubing part of the hose assembly when you loosen the nut, in particular the connection on the engine side. The close proximity of the connection to the turbocharger makes it rusted shut.
