I'm afraid I don't have a copy of the correspondence. In future I will keep useful letters, so with luck there may be a "next time". The MP was Jeff Rooker, Labour MP. Having looked again at the Labour web page I find he doesn't have an address listed, but I have a record of his address as having been jeff.rookernospam.poptel.org.uk. I don't know where I got the address from.
