many older cars will start to leak a little oil, favourite spot on old saabs
is the valve cover gasket and rear main seal. Especially if the owner has
switched to fully synth after years of dino oil...old seals shrink. remember
the oldest examples are now nearly 30 years old.....
some of mine have left the odd spot, it's the english triumph heritage...:-)
great way to keep the corrosion at bay anyway - auto rustproffing!
electrics are generally OK, unless someone has buggered around with towbar
electrics.
Power racks in classics are junk GM saginaw racks. without regular fluid
changes they're usually shot by 100-150K.....
