Kevin Gilbert owner, operator, and mechanic. Has worked on Saabs for 20+

years. Very conscientious and stands by his work. His warranty perception

is unusually fair. Several times he has partially or totally warrantied

something that didn't last nearly as long as it should (e.g. 1.5 years on a

part that should last 5 years.). When he first ventured out on his own I

could get my Saab in for service on one day's notice. Now he has mechanics

working for him and it can take about a week to get the Saab on the

schedule. However, he will take emergencies a lot quicker.
