Actually none of the oils mentioned so far is 100% full synthetic, just so you know ;) There is a 100% full synthetic Mobil 1 racing oil, but this oil is hard to get and is around $20 a quart. So far I have had very good results using Amsoil 10-30w in all of my cars.
When you have a full sythetic oil in your car there should be no issues with going 10k mile between oil changes, the only recommendation I would have is to check the oil at every fuel stop and make sure the oil isn't dark. Synthetic oil won't break down like dino oil, so you just have to worry about the oil getting dirty. One great way to extend the time between oil changes is to have a quality oil filter, like someone mentioned earlier.
