2005 9-2x aero wont start in cold weather

Hi everybody I need your help! I bought a 05 9-2x aero 2.0 t about a year and a half ago. I went out tonight after sitting for one day in cold weather 24 degrees out. It wont start tries to crank but wont turn over anyone else had this sort of problem. No indications of anything wrong except the normal 1 quart useage of oil in between oil changes which I just found out to be normal.

Could the gas lines be frozen because I dont hear the fuel pump running.The car has 51,000 miles on it and the oil gets changed every 3,000k not the 7,500 recommended mileage.

I bought this car used and had to replace the struts and tires at 36,000 miles so far I am not impressed with the maintence record so far. If this is a major fix that it needs it will get it and be traded in for something cheaper to fix.
