Be stern and assertive with Saab customer service. I have 4 Saab and have replaced the blower and resistor every year from 2005-2010 on one of my 9 3's. Because of the issue being repaired by a dealer( each and every time, paper trail) they covered the last replacement. Again be assertive. No way should you have to pay for these substandard parts used in their cars. Go luck and be positive and you should come out ok. Best of luck.
