2010 9-3 Aero Convertible - where is the XM receiver?
Posted by Nate (more from Nate) on Sun, 12 Jun 2011 14:49:37

I have a 2010 9-3 Aero Convertible, with a factory navigation system and XM radio. Unfortunately, the only iPod option is use of the AUX input with a wire hanging down my dashboard. Therefore, I'm considering the USA Spec PA20-GM which some people online have report successfully installing. Sounds like the device sits inline between the head unit and the XM receiver. Only problem is, where is my XM receiver? I have inspected the trunk and noticed the amplifiers behind the carpet on the left side. Didn't see anything labeled XM on the left of the right side of the trunk. If anyone can provide ideas where to look for the XM device, this will help me greatly. Hopefully the result will be a method of iPod integration that others will attempt as well!
