you need security access. Security access is web based. It is not included in any software that came on a disk. If you have a dongle that has not been deleted it may be possible to access the security access server or it may not as the dongle format was ended some years ago.

The Tech2 retrieves information from the car, then you connect the Tech2 to a PC with internet access. The TIS software contacts the server via the internet and either grants or denies security access. If the server does not recognize your PC, then you will be denied.
