I had a slow leak on my 2004 Arc that was hard to find. Kept adding small amounts of coolant to the tank every couple of weeks and looking at possible sources but could not find anything. And, there was no coolant fluid on the driveway. Finally took it in to the dealer and after some looking the tech found that the leak was coming from a small crack in the thermostat housing (made out of a plastic/resin). Replaced the housing and all has been fine now for over two years.
Good luck in finding your leak.
