First since this happened after a flush, are you certain the fluid level is correct (engine at idle, in park?)

Does your TCM have the most recent software from Saab? (TIS2000/TIS2Web) On early 9-3SS models a lot of problems can be resolved by updating modules with newer software versions from Saab. (Goes for all models within vehicle)

Have you seen any engine coolant loss? A very common failure on 03-05 models is a cracked transmission cooler circuit which fills the transmission with engine coolant. This leads to needing to rebuild your transmission and replacement of the radiator. I recommend to all my clients with vehicles within the specified VIN range to replace the radiator with a new unit to avoid any future problems with fluid contamination.
