I don't think it's there; it's hard for a novice (74 y/o) to discern if that amp is there with the seat in place. I looked at a video or two with the seat off and it looks as though the amp would sit near the front of the right hand side of the drivers seat. To me it looks as though there is no amp there; there are three silver cable connectors, rectangular (about 1in by 3in). My car is a 2006 Aero convertible.
