DRL you turn on and off inside UEC when doing a ADD using the Tech 2.
Sometimes it can be different ways to do the same thing when working on different years so the shop or person doing it has to be open minded.

Sometimes ROW or EU must be used and sometimes not.

To add to swedespeed7 post, most likely the Remove was not needed but he could have run an Add right of the bet with the same result.

One danger with running a Remove command first is that if something is not right during the Add, the box might become useless.
If the Remove action is not used and you do an Add right away instead, your box might still talk to the car if you have to hit cancel halfway through the Add sequence because it is still tied to the mothership.
