I have been using Sylvania XtraVision bulbs on my 2000 9-3 for years. I like the brighter light, but with my DRL on all the time, I have to replace them about every 6 months or so. At about $20/pair at Walmart, I am OK with that trade-off over the OEM bulbs (or OEM equivalent).
