I hadn't heard of this before, but just took a look at the site. It looks like the main difference is the way the screen actually mounts, and what it's made of. The one I have is a fine mesh, the Windblox one looks like a solid piece of acrylic. The Saab one mounts by hooking under the two rear seat headrests and has a "peg" type mount on each side behind the front seats, it is L shaped when mounted and up, creating a sort of shelf like look over the rear seats. There are essentially 4 mounting points, one on each side, two in the rear; it's not in physical contact with the front seats at all. You can also lower the top section to horizontal while it's still in-place. The Windblox one looks like it straps to the back of the two front seats and there's no horizontal part at all. I don't know if this would create some kind of wind-drag into the rear seats or not, but it seems like it could since they're not blocked off at all.
