I just did a aftermarket upgrade using the H7 and ballasts available from Japan, what a big difference in night vision and they use a lot less wattage than the stock 55w bulbs. It was easy to do because I installed the TYP upgraded headlights after my Hella units got too yellow, and I'm glad I did because the bulb is secured simply with a clip whereas the Hellas use a plastic ring that makes installing aftermarket HIDs not really possible unless you get really creative.
Had to go into the UEC and re-add the headlights as Xenon Level 1 and EU market so that they stay on when you press the high beams and they wont flicker. Just thought I'd post incase anyone else was considering doing this upgrade.
Oh and I should mention this was the older headlights not the refresh ones you have,
Looks good - I hope the bulbs last a long time for you.
