HELP! Trying to get my Blower motor working!!!!! Posted by ammonickster2000 [Email] (#1550) [Profile/Gallery] (more from ammonickster2000) on Sat, 4 Oct 2014 15:53:14 Members do not see ads below this line. - Help Keep This Site Online - Signup |
I recently purchased a 2005 Saab 9-3 Linear with Manual Climate control. I found that the cabin fan blower motor would stop working and found some fixes online. I immediately checked the fan itself by pulling out the cabin filter and trying to move it by hand..... it was VERY stiff and did not want to move. I surmised that I needed to change that out so I bought one from Eeuroparts and swapped it out. once done I checked it and ... NOTHING...... I then decided to buy a new resistor for the car as on some Saab Enthusiasts websites they had said that it was a common problem as well. After I changed it. NOTHING....... I went through every fuse in the case and DID find that the interior Fuse number 18 7.5a cabin fan fuse was blown... put a new one in and ..... yes you guessed it NOTHING....... I am at my wits end.... the days are getting shorter here in Upstate NY and I am Definitely going to need that to work like ASAP.....I could really use your help..
What should I do Now???
