Those are not ECM (ME9) fault codes for the engine management system, they are within the TCM control module.
P1895 Engine Torque. No Data, Bus from ECM.
P1896 Engine Torque. Error message from ECM.
P700 TCM, Check Engine Request.
Looks like you are having a bus communication problem with your TCM to ECM communication. Its common for the ABS/ESP module to fail which is in the bus comm link between the TCM and ECM. Would suggest taking your vehicle to a Saab knowledgeable repair shop to further diagnose and identify the fault.
