If your goal is performance, and only performance, then proper sticky tires is the most effective bang for the buck, handling-wise. Then you may need to add that strut bar, but with stock tires it won't do much for handling.
After that, bigger anti-roll bars (and stiffer bushings) will do magic for cornering without impacting road comfort too much.
Since damping is a bit on the soft side, new stiffer struts/shocks would be a good idea. You should keep the stock springs, suspension travel is already on the short side. Lowered cars may look cool, but they are generally a pain to drive daily. For shocks, I would go for the Bilstein HD.
On the engine side, a remapped ECU is the only way to get more power. A conical air filter/box won't do much on that front but will increase intake noise by a substancial amount. On a turbo engine, anyway, intake noise is not of the "high-fidelity" side. I would not touch that.
On the exhaust side, I do like the in-cabin deep bass thrum of my manual 08 Aero XWD. Outside, it's another story. Can't hear the engine, just wooshing noise at WOT. Not interesting at all. Since turbo engines are quieter than NA (normally aspirated), you may try to remove the center silencer and keep the 2 mufflers, for a first cheap try. Or do the opposite : keep the center silencer, and replace the mufflers with Dynomax or another free-flow muffler. I wouldn't expect a huge power improvement, but it would certainly sound faster... That being said, if your car is an automatic, a very noisy exhaust is often a pain to hear.
That's my views on bypassing the shortcomings of an otherwise reliable, good looking, fun to drive and affordable sport sedan/wagon.
