From the picture: it would appear that the radiator end-tank is seeping.
As common with a lot of late-model European vehicles, the cooling systems contain a lot or plastic components that are susceptible porous-deterioration.
Meaning that; when the coolant ages and becomes acidic. Or the wrong spec coolant is mixed or re-filled into the engine cooling system. The plastics breakdown and become a weak point for pressure leaks.
Eventually the plastic component will warp enough or rupture and become an immediate coolant leak.
