I have heard of someone that managed to push the sensor connector in and then glob some silicone around the hole and pull the sensor out again on a 4 cyl engine but that is probably as good as it can get.
You probably should get a used piece of wire harness connector first that you can connect before you push it in.
I myself would probably not attempt that since it is more work than it is worth with little promise of success.
Even on the 4cyl that o-ring is not a separate part and you have to drop the oil pan but I have found an o-ring that works well.
