Hi,
Love the car. I think blue is the nicest color of all the options!
Its funny, I did all the stuff you mentioned above.
I got a Tune from John Williams and I really like it.
It was about $500 with the hand held tuner. Adds 40hp and requires premium gas but really fun.
Another option is Brew City Tunes.
I live outside of Boston and got used Saab rims and General Arctic snow tires.
I deleted my roof rails and got Saab roof rack. It goes on and off quickly.
I left the head unit and bought a bluetooth car kit :

I also bought a female cigarette lighter socket and wired it all behind the dash so I don't have to see any wires. I placed the bluetooth thing (with mic in it) diagonally above the headlight switch.
I got new dash speakers and they are a nice addition.
I bought used Aero seats (without memory). I had to run a power wire from driver seat harness over to power the passenger seat which never was wired for a power seat.
I bought and then sold the auto dimming rear view mirror because it did not darken fast enough for me. I loved the compass feature though.
