I hope readers can help with this one...my wife's '03 9-3 Arc 2.0t CEL is on and our well-respected indy shop read the codes, and stated that the CEL was related to exhaust system. On their suggestion we replaced the 02 sensors to see if that will fix the issue before moving on to more expensive "parts". After a couple hundred miles and on/off cycles the CEL remains on. For what it is worth, we had the fuel sender, thermostat and secondary pump replaced two years ago, and we do know that the engine is burning oil at the rate of 1 qt/5-8k miles+/. Is it possible the cat has been affected by the oil?
Ideas? Thanks!
