I realized I had a leak and think its the weatherstripping that seals the cabin air filter box to the firewall. The passengers side was wet, not radiator fluid and it isn't coming from the evaporator drain. only occurs when raining. flooded windshield and it created the leak.
Long story to ask what people think would be the best replacement to use.
Any waterproof caulk, weather stripping, windshield adhesive. This is the first time in 8 years I've ever removed this piece and doubt I will again.
