-Seized electric brake vacuum pump
-Broken brake booster pipes, defective vacuum switch
-Rear Differential and transfer case failures $$$$(if XWD)
-Rear Prop Shaft failure, sold as complete unit only $$$$ (if XWD)
-Misfiring/dead ignition coils
-Fuel Pump assembly and or pressure sensor fault setting DTC
-Intermittant no crank no start from defective ABS/ESP control module
-Broken springs/blown struts/bad end-links/noisy strut bearings/creaking sway bar bushings/inner & outer tie rod ends
-P/S pump leaking
-Rear upper control arms
-Headlight wiring/SPS update/poor headlight condition
-Melted tail light wiring
-Interior falling apart/pealing buttons
-Bad fuel level sensors
-Broken wiper transmissions and motors
-Bad ISM full of crud
-Keys falling apart
-Steering column lock failure
-Bad transmission coolers/radiators
-Re-sealing cabin air filter housings/bad blower motors & resistor packs
-Leaking AC compressor shaft seals
-Seized AC compressor
-Leaking AC evaporators or expansion valve seals
-Leaking oil-pan level sensors
-Broken front and rear window regulators
-Fiber-optic stereo issues ($$$)
-Rear Taillight LED board problems
-Cracked and falling apart Onstar antenna
-Collapsed engine mounts and torn transmission torque arms
-Leaking coolant from expansion tank, tank hoses, heater core hoses, thermostat housing gasket.
-TPMS sensors inop

I can go on and on since I see these all day every day but this will give you a good list to start your inspection.
