Did you confirm it is engine oil leaking? Check to be sure the axle shaft seals are not leaking. I once also had a OG9-3 leaking transmission fluid from the pump plate cover on the backside of the transmission within the bell housing.
I have had zero luck fitting new seals to the early vacuum pumps with the shallow groove (design changed on MY09 I think). The replacement seal is thicker to match the newer style pumps with the deeper gasket channel. Only recently replaced seals on a 2010 and 2011 vac pump as they were the later deeper groove design. Using the pn 8047144 from a NG900 axle seal works perfectly for the housing seal, only thing is Saab now seems out of stock in the US for now. Thanks for that tip Anders!
