Changing the calipers shouldn't be difficult. The only thing that may give you grief are the bolts holding the caliper on. I'd recommend replacing the caliper bolts when swopping calipers (eeuro sells rebuilts with a core charge). For bleeding the brakes, I use a pressure bleeder, where fluid is pushed from the reservoir to the brakes. Easy to push out any bubbles. I usually flush a liter per brake. (Overkill, but you only do it every few years; Others may use less fluid). HTH
