Aero springs are about 1/2" lower than non-Aero.
FSD is the less sporty of the two, with Koni's "automatic" frequency selective damping adjustment. Sport is the more sport, with manually adjustable damping.
I believe Eeuro's kit bundles H&R springs, which are even lower, but I would *guess* than Koni's FSD struts are overall softer than stock Aero stuff.
