I may have found the issue.
Did some back-tracking and discovered that the {plastic} hose-coupling connection at the combi-valve had spit apart between the securing-clip and the port-sealing ring.
SAI charge air was escaping from around the coupling connection at the combi valve.
Watching O2-S1 monitor during cold start; the input data would go lean if i pushed and held the coupling tight against the combi-valve.
I think it had, coincidentally, held-on just long enough after the combi-valve replacement to PASS readiness self-test. Then gave up and broke apart some time during/before the 3rd cold start.
replacement coupling connection (SAAB PART # 127 88 180) is coming for replacement.
I'll update if there are any further issues.
