Thank you for this window roller repair guide URL. I also found another video showing how to remove the 2003 9-3 door panel. Is there a preference for the door panel pry tool, or will most any one work? Pretty sure I have one in the garage which I used ages ago on 1960's and 1970's GM door panels. This eEuroparts article seems to mention everything but the 2003 and newer 9-3 models. I see those green rollers pictured and that's what I have also found listed online for my 2003 9-3 Arc. I e-mailed Taliaferro regarding this a few months ago and they replied back "Those cars do not have the plastic rollers like the early cars. GM went to a complete cable window lift, so you will need to replace that." So I guess I'm a little confused regarding which part actually broke when I went to lower my passenger side front window. Might need to remove the door panel in order to actually take a look. I'd prefer of course to have everything ready beforehand to complete the repair once I remove the door panel.
