You don't need to go from under. It is very likely the A/C drain if you are keeping the air filter area clear.
The drain plug can be reached by reaching down toward the lower middle of the firewall. Around the cat and turbo area. The plug extends out from the firewall and has a little cross relief to it. Just put a piece of hanger wire into and gouge around. I have had to do this about 3 times over more than handful of years and each time I am surprised by how little i seem to unclog, and i dont trust it did anything, but it works.
I have never been sure why it clogs up... And it is usually after not running the A/C for a month or two and then using the dehumidifier...
another way to double check is by pulling off the left foot kick plate/ scuttle. You can find a foam ring gasket of sorts that often get very wet when the A/C drain gets clogged.
You know what, a google search for videos brings this up... its a little long but also shows removing the kickplate to check as i described above...
