The site you reference provides an attachment which shows ride heights, but does not say how to measure the height. The doc does refer to another document for "Measuring the height of the car . . ." Any possibility that you could clarify how to measure?

From the nominal size of ~600 mm, I would guess the distance is simply from the ground to the top of the fender above the tire.
