...I can only extrapolate since I haven't really been looking at Aero prices, but if you figure a 2000 2.3 lpt probably goes for $4000, I'd say $7000-$8000 might be achievable for on 03 Aero?

Just a wild guess...but $12k is too steep in my estimation.

Plus, if you can, you're far better served negotiating a cash price for the new car then selling the old one yourself.
