what did you expect them to say?
Redline MTL has Proven to dissolve the plastic bearing cages of the NTN brand bearings Honda fits to their transboxes. Granted Saabs don't use NTN bearings (unfortunate, as they are V good ones indeed;-) so Redline may be fine.
I've used Honda MTF (Man Trans Fluid..from any Honda dealer) for years in my Saabs it worked beyond expectations. Although now I just use 75/85 GL4 Gear oil which is easy to find and quite inexpensive.. indistinguishable perf to MTF.
