You would have to buy new seat heating pads as well. There is no way to swap them without ruining them. Ventilated seats add some complexity to the job too. The seat cushion is replaceable without the leather. You have to be handy with hogrings and hogring pliers. Of course if the leather is cracking already or has shrunk it will be harder to get on and off without making it worse. Also be careful with the seat frame parts. Some of the worst cuts I have ever had on my hands have come from seats.
