Arc and Aero should have the same brakes, front and rear. I went with Brembo plain rotors and Akebono Euro pads up front. Used cheap Centric's for rear. What I do notice is after doing just the front brakes, my car lost some of its braking ability. Normal braking, feels about the same but sheer emergency panic stops are not great like the OEM setup was. Akebono's don't dust up the wheels like OEM's, however. I like Akebono's for clean rotors and OEM's for outright stopping ability. The OEM's I had also "ate" the rotors up - probably the cost of outstanding stopping ability. Just my experience.
