Belt Tensioner/Pulley Advise

My 02 Aero SW has 78K on it and I'm wondering about the longevity of my belt tensioner and it's pulley. I replaced the belt and upper idler pulley at 60k service -- everything else is original.
On occasion I am hearing a metallic rattle type noise from the belt area (noise seems more rear oriented then from the front but I'm not 100% certain). I only hear this rattle after shifting from park to drive and then only while the engine is at idle. As soon as I push the accelerator the noise stops. I suspect the noise is the tensioner and or its pulley, but I am not ruling out the center pulley. Any thoughts/opinions??
