It's the dip stick tube, you will need to get a funnel. I know this for sure on a 2000 9.5 Aero, just changed mine. The 24mm hex is also used on mine, it is located on the right side of the transmission, beside the catalytic converter. It is a thin head with an aluminum washer. If you search google for saab transmission oil change you will fine photos.
