I will have them itemize all of the work that is done as well as the time it takes. I know for sure they charge $90 per hour for labor (it's posted at the service department). why i am asking is they could tell me is's a job that takes 4 hours whe in fact it only takes 1.5 to 2 hours. at 90 bucks an hour thats a nice chunk of change im forking out. my car was towed to my dealership since it was about 40 miles closer than the indy i use. sometimes the dealerships seem to "find" reasons to charge more than is needed.
