Thanks for the replies. I will not even think about the 9-3. I just found the motor from a friend and I am fairly sure the price was very good. Considered buying it to sell it.
We are going to look into the bottom of the 9 5 and see what is broken. Then our first step is remove this one and probably take to the same machine shop the Indianapolis Saab takes theirs to and get it fixed. I did leave out that before every choice I make with this car, I try to search this site to learn the easy way.
