I got a Japanese kit from eBay and the rebuild was not that bad at all. I found a couple of good videos on YouTube to help me.

I have not idea of the parts in the kit, but a quick look at eBay just now seems to indicate kits with 8 or so pieces and some with 30 parts......I am not familiar with your turbo.

You can take the hose off the cold side and wiggle the end of the shaft. If you get any play you need a rebuild.
