why don't you try cleaning the tb?

B Millar iirc has a nice page on TB cleaning. I just don't remember the link (or just search). I haven't done ours, but the dealer did that for one I drove that threw a CEL in a test drive... back up and running in 5-10 minutes... practically free. worth a try.
