Wow, alotta' parts replaced. How old is the battery? How are the battery posts/cables looking? What brand CPS?
What spark plugs are you using (how old/miles)? Who replaced the fuel pump? Many small things could go wrong with fuel pump replacement? Could be DICE.

I would just do one part at a time (next time).
