Saabs use a lower color temperature. There will be products that have a blue light that most here would want to avoid.
You should change both bulbs at once as the color can vary, keep the running lamp for a spare.
You may have to remove some things behind the lamps to change the bulbs. Search here. If things are different for 2008, there may not be anything posted specific to your vehicle. In any case, the specifics of getting access to the bulbs will be the same for HID and tungsten bulbs.
