yeah, check the PCV setup. most used cars are not on #6. if not, might be worth dropping the pan (possibly even worth searching "bob bright"). There's a few more items to watch as others discussed (and search this bb)... not much different than your 1999, but depending when you owned it, there may be more bb knowledge on the common issues now. wrt nokian tires in your noname post below, I also like their tires. I have been using them on our c900's also. I will be buying a set of hakkas for the 9-5 this winter (had Michelins and they are nowhere near as good)... I just went through the suspension/tires thing (put on konis etc)... anyway, I looked *everywhere* for Nokian V or Z tires (I'm on 17" rims), and they should be great tires for this car, but are complete unobtanium in north america. Call around and see if you can get them + ask Nokian why they aren't shipping them here anymore... if they hear that often enough, maybe they will change their mind! The only non-winter oriented tire they have here is the entyre which is a low rolling resistance all season... the kind of tire you'd put on a prius, but not performance oriented at all. I had NRH2's on a c900 and they were awesome. In the end, I got Michelin Pilot Super Sports for the 9-5, and while way overkill (they'd be good porsche tires), the car handles awesome. good luck!
